If you are involved in an accident, regardless of who was at fault, Humming Bird Assist will look after you.

In the even of a non-fault accident, Humming Bird Assist will provide you with a like-for-like vehicle while yours is off the road or while you are waiting for your settlement cheque.

We will help recover your out-of-pocket expenses, arrange for repayment of your excess and have your no claims bonus reinstated. We will liaise with your insurance company to ensure your claim is dealt with promptly and professionally. We can introduce you to our approved solicitors who specialise in road traffic accident law and offer a genuine, one hundred percent no win, no fee service.

If the accident was your fault, our aim is to give you as much assistance as we can to get you back on the road through our fully-approved bodyshop and, with Humming Bird Assist, you can be rest assured that your vehicle is being repaired at our manufacturer-approved bodyshop to the highest standards.
