Service Advisor

Branch – Colindale
Package – Basic + Commission with guaranteed minimum commission for first three months.

In this role you will be responsible for ensuring that all customers receive a first-class experience. Liaising with workshop control you will ensure all of your customer’s Aftersales requirements are met in a professional manner, including making appointments for services and repairs, inspecting and reporting on customer and company vehicle conditions and selling additional services and products that may be required.

The right candidate will be customer-focused, dedicated to providing an excellent customer-experience and a confident communicator. Previous automotive service desk experience is preferred although not essential as you will be offered brand and product training, on-going support, a very competitive salary and a tailored bonus structure.
